Ben Dowton is a Behaviour Practitioner and Director at Lucid Minds Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), where he leads the delivery of person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support that enhances quality of life and promotes positive outcomes for individuals, families, and organisations. With a deep commitment to dignity, respect and safety, Ben's work is grounded in best-practice principles that prioritise understanding behaviour as communication and supporting meaningful behaviour change.
As a Mandt System Instructor and Partner with Praxis Partners Australia, Ben delivers the internationally recognised Mandt System framework across Australia through Praxis Training Solutions. The Mandt System is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support and relational practice — emphasising healthy relationships, trauma-informed strategies, conflict resolution and prevention skills to reduce workplace risk and build safe environments for everyone.
Ben is also proud to be a founding member of the not-for-profit start-up All Access Motorsport, an initiative dedicated to increasing inclusivity in motorsport at all levels and for people of all capabilities. Motorsport has historically been a space with barriers to participation, and All Access Motorsport works to remove those barriers so that more people, regardless of ability, can be involved, contribute, and thrive within the sport.
